« Hôtel ressourçant en plein centre ville et proche de la gare »
la piscine et bain a remous ,le sauna petit et en sous sol mais ont le mérite d'exister en plein centre de Bruxelles c'est rare ,Gentillesse du personnel .L'ice tea offert a notre arrive.
le déjeuner servi en sous sol ,pas de peignoirs et pantoufles dans notre chambre ni de bouteille d'eau mais l'homme d'entretien étranger ne parlant pas très bien le Français venait de commencer et avait oublié .Pas de pastèques ni bananes au petit déjeuner

Accueil très bien. Très bel hôtel. Équipements TB. Chambre propre et confortable. Literie TB. Hôtel central. Piscine et sauna TB. Petit déj. de qualité. Merci pour le surclassement
Nombreuses traces sur le sol et murs de la chambre qui demanderaient un petit coup de peinture. Plusieurs ampoules qui ne fonctionnaient plus. Les fenêtres laissent passer un peu le bruit lorsque les voitures roulent sur la rue pavée (qui reste peu passante et calme dans l’ensemble). Piscine un peu trop froide à notre goût pour y rester longtemps (il est expliqué à l’entrée que c’est pour des raisons environnementales). Un peu dommage car les jets massants sont nombreux et variés et invitent à rester dans l’eau.
